Good morning all, did you think when you woke up this morning that you would be discussing education? When looking at the long list of benefits our employees currently have it is amazing to know that we could soon be able to go to school to enhance our educations. Offering our employees tuition reimbursement for the bachelor’s degree in business will not only benefit our employees it will benefit our company. Imagine healthy motivated employees coming to work and wanting to be there. Imagine our employees learning new skills that will help them to understand the financial end of the company. This is what you would see should our employees start going back to school. They will feel better about themselves and therefore do a much better job for the company.
Once the employee decides to go back to school they will see the numerous business degrees they can work toward. There is Business Administration, Business Communications, Human resource management, and Business Management just to name a few. Completing the degree program will have taught our employees many new and exciting skills that can be used right here at this company. These employees will be able to maximize marketing strategies, think, speak, and write about organizational issues, analyze business data, solve business problems, understand capital risk, and reward metrics, use finance and accounting measures, and execute contract agreements. With skills like these our employees would be of immense benefit to this company. Promotions could come from within. There would be no need to take many months to replace a retiring supervisor or manager. We would have extremely qualified employees already working throughout the company patiently waiting for a promotion.
