Management is a huge part of businesses’ being successful. It is important for management to coordinate tasks and activities in the proper fashion to make certain that the follow policies and procedures. Management has changed and developed so much over the years. It is critical for organizations and companies to put all their focus on their customers. Customers are the most vital resource available to organizations from the profits to surveys.

Companies and organizations need to organize their business so that it attracts people to the establishment. For example, McDonald’s had been so successful due to their great organization and customer service. McDonald’s Corporation is made up of many franchises. McDonald’s uses a two -way management approach, which has formed a well-built global leadership. McDonald’s continues to be triumphant in the fast food chain because of their focus on their management.

McDonald’s individual franchisers handle the physical assets of the corporation. Most of the McDonald’s restaurants are independently owned and operated. The straightforward franchise agreement has them supply part of the capital necessities. These requirements include equipment, tables and chair, signs and decorations for the restaurant. The franchisees need to update the restaurant as time goes by and through the business agreement of the organization, the franchisees will own the building, which the restaurant is on. McDonald’s and the franchise work together create a high profit for the Corporation. As being the franchiser this allows the Corporation to steer the franchise in the precise direction. Being part of this franchise means having to constantly come up with new ideas, improving operations, improving marketing, and products.
