ABSTRACT:
Every business needs to have all the concepts funning correctly to be able to have a profitable business or product. The functions of management allow any type of business to have a plan and control of decisions to take. It could be any type of business. This helps out to have a controlled plan over the preventive measurement
BODY:
There are for Functions of Management. Plan, Organize, Direct, Control. Plan is the #1 step of the four functions of management. Plans are the actions to take in a business or corporation. A Strategic plan would be to analyze all the inside and outside things that may affect the business or corporation. So in other words basically step up with a plan to set goals and objectives to have a profitable and efficient business or corporation.
The next step or second function will be to organize. This means that at this point everything is getting set and organized to achieve the goals planned. In this step the company is divided in groups or work areas to handle their different tasks individually and have what they need in that area to make all the different departments or work areas work in the right way having a suitable peaceful work area with the responsibilities assigned to each department.
The third function will be Direct. This function helps the management to supervise and take control of the actions of the employees. This function helps the company or business to achieve the goals expected by improving the employee’s tasks and taking decisions to make a more profitable work schedule. It’s just basically helping the company achieve the goals taken thru motivation and good communication with the employees.
The last Function is Control. This step basically is a step to evaluate the job performance. Is the step where you can see if the business plan needs changes...
