ON THE DIAGNOSTIC EXERCISE

Instructions for Wrapping a Present

Tools:

• Gift

• Wrapping Paper

• Scissors

• Tape

• Name Tags

• Inc Pen

• Bows (optional)

• Box

• Box Insert Paper (optional)

Procedure:

First, you will go and purchase a gift for the individual worthy enough of receiving your nice gesture. Please make sure that the box you select to wrap your gift in is large enough to accommodate your gift. It is also important that the box you select is not too large so that your present will not shift around too much. I would suggest adding a piece box insert paper here in order to make your gift more presentable and decrease movement within to box. This is optional.

Once you have the box and present neatly place inside of the box you are ready to begin the wrapping process. Open the wrapping paper and roll out enough to accommodate the sixe box you need to cover. Make sure that you have enough to cover the entire box as you do not want any to be uncovered. Once you are certain that the paper is long and wide enough, cut the amount needed and place the gift box in the center, again making sure that you have enough to cover the entire box.

Next, you will wrap the box one side at a time. Pick up either side of your choice and place it over the full length and width of the box. Press firmly with one hand and tear off a piece of tape with the other. You may want to use your elbow for assistance if the tape is difficult to tear. Place the tape over the wrapping paper so that it touches the edge of the box. You will complete this process across all four sides of the box until it is fully covered.

If you want the wrapping to be exceptionally nice you may want to add a bow or two in the center, or on either corner of the box.
