1. In 2007 marketing strategy of Dell Company was the differentiation and Mass customization . About the differentiation that they doing low priced models in the product and also Dell’s marketing strategy of Mass Customization but for both strategies models they use for last 10 years. And by this they never invested into create new strategy as Kevin Rollin, Former CEO said that “Being a hero at dell means saving money”

And for me I think the other potential source that might work for Dell is to find the out sources manufacturing. Dell traditionally built computers at its own plants, in and outside the United State .Today ,nearly 53 percent of its products flow through its contract manufacturers, and the company has the capability “ to move this percent significantly higher,” Brian Gladden, the company’s chief financial officer, said in Feb. 18 conference call with securities analysts. 2. I think with low cost price strategy still work for Dell now but they also have to step up their self to be looking for the new strategy which I might think about change from PC products to Services for example nowadays there are a lot of PC maker in market so there is a lot of competition so if there are a lot of product than customers have the PC already then why don’t we change to do market on PC services to get the profit for the company.
