The products and services that we will offer will ensure repeat customers and future success within the restaurant industry. Most food products are perishable and will have a relatively short life cycle. Therefore, weekly deliveries, services, reports and inventory processes must be set in place in order to improve productivity and avoid inefficient operations. Our daily operations in dealing with customer service, customer interactions and also, food handling abilities will be crucial to the customer’s first impression of the restaurant. This will surely prove to be no easy task. Each employee will get a maximum of 1 shift per, consisting of 5 hours a day, unless otherwise designated. Impressions and dining experiences of the restaurant are the management staff’s first priority.

The management staff must oversee that each of these operations and necessities are being meets on an hourly, daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Anything that happens on the floor should be overseen by the management staff that is on duty to ensure a smooth and stress free dining experience for both the customer and the staff. Suppliers will always enter in the back of the restaurant as to not disturb satisfied customers. This will also only allow the customers to see what the finished product can look like and more importantly taste like with a friendly, authentic wait staff around each corner to serve their every need. Following these key steps and processes will help skyrocket our business far above the competition. When it comes to customer satisfaction levels and the fresh, bold flavors of our purely organic foods, we simply will not be beat. This will be our claim and will prove to set us apart from the rest of the restaurant industry.
