List the steps you would take to access OLS.

How do you access the Main forum? Look for the forums menu and click a forum name. Click main for example, to access the main forum.

How do you access your Individual forum? It will be in forum under main.

How did you find the Orientation Workshop readings? It will be at the Course outline under course.

Where must you post your assignments? You can go to assignment tab under classroom on your student website and click the assignment title line.

Where do class discussions for participation take place? It will be in the discussions tab

What do you need to do to read replies to messages in the

Main forum? Click reply in the message window. When the reply to message page appears, enter a message and post it as a reply.

What steps would you take to reply to a message in the Main

forum? 1. Click the message to which you want to reply 2. Click reply 3. When the reply to message editor appears, the subject field automatically populates with the name of the original, message. 4. Compose a reply in the message body using editing tools to customize the message. 5. When you finish, click post message you will be directed back to the main form to a page containing the message you posted . The reply appears under the message to which you replied.

How can you recognize a message posted by your

facilitator? Click the name of message you want to view in the thread.

How can you identify a discussion question thread? Click Discussion tab

How do you identify a message posted by you? It shows your name and where it been posted and it show the time and date.
