* How do Woody and Buzz come together to achieve a common goal

* Corporate strategy-the overall scope and direction of a corporation and the way in which it’s various business operations work together to achieve particular goals.

* Woody is the boss or the manager of the toys

* Toys like the soldiers report to him on what is going on outside of andy’s room so that Woody can keep up to date and inform the other toys

* In the beginning of the movie Woody is informed that today is Andy’s birthday party which he had completely forgotten about he knows that this is going to be difficult news for the toys because with birthday parties comes new toys of some of the old toys maybe be forgotten, throw out, but over all left behind

* This is like companies that expand or decrease

* Woody knows he has break this news to the toys gently so he has Slinky call a staff meeting it is a way to get the toys together in one place to announce the news, answer any questions, review any concern, and give the toys some motivation

* Woody as a “manager” gives praise and encourage to his “staff” the toys as well as trying to make their “working environment fun and light”

* Examples

* Etch of sketchthey have this game were woody says “draw” to see how fast Etch can sketch out a gun. When they are done with this game he praises Etch on his speed and notes that he sees he is getting much faster

* Rexas Woody goes to get his doodle pad for the meeting Rex the dinosaur tries to scare him although Woody is clearly not scared he encourages Rex to keep working...
