Strength. One of the big keys to being a good leader. Between the two candidates one has this strength, this candidate is Marc Antony. He unlike Brutus will fight for himself as he did in the book. His fluid sentences and clever use of reverse sociology in an instant won over a crowd. As a leader you will have to make many speeches and in the face of adversity Marc Antony can let you know everything is alright. Brutus does not have this skill, that is as simply as I can put it. He cannot sway a crowd with his words or make sure they are not scared in crisis. How is he supposed to stand up to other leaders without this skill?
