The Human Service Manager, will work with numerous diverse individuals with distinctive problems. It is your occupation to help support your clinicians if they are incapable of assisting their clients expected to shortage of expertise. In this document, there will be three diverse scenarios. All scenarios will report a different situation. It is the job of the Human Service Manager to help rectify these opportunities for improvements. There are three approaches to handling these situations. The first is to reinforce. This may be used if a clinician is not strong in a specific sector of their job. This professional may only want to evaluate sample cases. They may need a guide to help give them a wider view on this circumstance. Tutors are wonderful with coaching and observing a professional. This will give the professional assurance that is needed to aid the client. Refer is the next method. The human service manager`s need to refer the individual to personal therapy. In this arena, personal therapy during a clinician’s occupation can help that clinician help his or her client. The last method and the one that is the toughest is release. This is when human service has no alternative but to fire the clinician depart. This could be in light of the company policy abuse, illegal activities, or no advancement, after all other methods have been used.
