Create a hybrid theory/philosophy that combines the common elements found in the thinking of Case, Kouzes, and Drucker. In your philosophy, be sure to include the new definition of entrepreneurial leadership presented in Understanding Entrepreneurial Leadership in today’s Dynamic Markets.

Leadership is one of most critical elements for the growth of a business. To become a successful entrepreneurial leader a person must be able to carry self-confidence, see with 20/20 vision, power and how to use it with correctiveness, broaden opportunities, communicate and obtain clarity. The top three attributes that can contribute to identifying an outstanding leader is skills, having followers and staying focused on the task. So let us define Entrepreneurial Leadership, as an enterprising transformational leader who operates in an interchanging market that offers innovative opportunities.

Common elements in the theories of Case, Kouzes and Drucker

Steve Case: People, Passion and Perseverance:

Mr. Case uses people, passion and perseverance as tools for guidance in becoming a successful entrepreneurial leader. First, a person is defined as the individuals that make up the business as a whole. Next, passion is what the people feel for the company and it gives the company strength to grow and prosper. Finally, we have perseverance that is the way people handle situations that come up within the company. The people come together to make sure the company stays afloat.

His new ventures Revolution invest in business opportunities and ideas. He goes into great detail about Entrepreneurial Leadership as a business capturing new investments for all the people.
