Third quarter results are in and we are proud to announce that ABC Inc. has been voted number 1 in customer service and both stores and the call center support line. The budget however, has not been met in quarter three therefore new implementations have been created to ensure gain in quarter four.

Effective immediately ABC Inc. will incorporate new store hours of Monday – Saturday 8 am to 8 pm and closed on Sundays. With these changes ABC Inc. will be able to operate within budget and promote more home time for associates and managers as well as keeping the same low prices customers have come to expect.

Managers will be working 40 hour work weeks which shall include days of opening the store, working during peak shopping hours, and days of closing the store to ensure proper procedures are being practiced and customer service continues to succeed. Full time employees will follow with four 10 hour work days per week. Part time associates will fill the time with no more than 4 hour shifts 3 days a week. This will allow for associates and managers to have 3 days a week off work to ensure maximum rest and family time for each. The cost savings by the company will also be seen by each associate as travel to work will be less therefore the spending on gas will also be reduced. Customers will also benefit from these new hours by enjoying the same money savings experience from ABC Inc. as always. The company will not be closing stores or opening new ones at this time.

With the drive and dedication to customer satisfaction that is continuously displayed by all associates of ABC Inc. this new experience will set the pace to ensure the future of ABC Inc.
