In this paper we will describe the impact of the mass media on enculturation, and examine the relationships among the media, advertising, and the formation of normative cultural values follow by with examples, we are going to focus on the impact of the Internet and globalization on popular culture and interpersonal communication, providing examples and references that will describe how mass media affect popular culture

According to Merriam- Webster, Enculturation is defined as “process by which an individual learns the traditional content of a culture and assimilates its practices and values.” It is unbeliever how mass media has a strong impacting on enculturation nowadays more than before, mass media impact enculturation by sending messages to large group of people from a handmade sign to international news, true network, newspapers, television, all those influence in the way that can change people emotions, behavior, culture and belief, because the media are so prevalent in industrialized countries they have powerful impact on how those population view the word. For example, news papers can change people way of thinking, because they belief what people written on it. Television is another strong impact on enculturation by transmitting advertising for kids and adult that intent to change people personality, TV shows, and news. The news can change people way of thinking, prevent people from a tragedy for example September, 11 attack, this accident had change people’s leaves. Internet is the media that nowadays is been uses more for the society, and influences and many different ways that people, internet try to transmitted messages that are wrong for society and some that are good all those decision add up to the audiences view of the word, and these who impact the decisions.
