Dear Ms. Boone:

After talking with several employees about Navy Federal Credit Union, I would like to apply to the Member Service Representative opening at the Oak Grove (Ft. Campbell) branch. I understand it is twice as hard to attract a new customer as it is to maintain an existing one which is why I believe I would be a great fit with Navy Federal Credit Union. Part of the Navy Federal Difference is “Service.” I, too, believe that is an honor and privilege to serve our military members.

As an Administrative Contractor for Kentucky Utilities, I provided quality customer service while aiding current customers with any issue at hand as well as welcoming new customers to our service area. I also balanced a cash drawer on a daily basis which held up to $28,000.00 at times on a busy day. My experience with customer service and cash handling would continue to uphold the Navy Federal Difference.

In addition to working at Kentucky Utilities, I was an Hourly Manager at Wendy’s. It was here that I learned how to handle a wide variety of people, from the happy-go-lucky customer to the irate customer. I always assessed the situation at hand and approached it with professionalism.

I would like to discuss these as well as many other qualifications I have to offer Navy Federal Credit Union and how I can contribute to the Navy Federal Difference. I look forward to meeting with you soon. If you have any questions, you may reach me at (enter phone number) or email me at (enter email).

Sincerely,
