Introduction:

Courts have always faced issues, from the beginning of times to the present to the future issues are a part of the courts. They arise during any trial when people may not understand laws; the people don’t speak English etc… Courts administrators deals with them to have the courtroom run smoothly. This paper I will identify the current and future issues facing courts and court administrators today. I will also discuss future management issues and trends regarding language interpretation services, and assess the past, present, and future impact that victim rights laws have on court proceedings.

Current and future issues:

According to John Ladner “justice is an empty promise to many individual or group they are denied attainable and equal access to the courts”. Social and racial barriers in the courts unfortunately still exist. In our complex society the rising expense and the escalating consequences for criminal behavior, courts find constructive ways through every individual, regardless of their life and economic circumstances, is able to have their day in court. To impact the overall operations of the court system whoever is on board of a particular case the judge, lawyers, and the officer must treat the individual fairly know matter how wrong the suspect is. This means there can be known bias act against the criminal. This is a part of the International Human Rights treaties which may cause more finances to be implement and very time consuming. Each suspected being sentenced to a court hearing is entitled a full equality to an impartial and public hearing. These individual are entitled to an independent tribunal within the fortitude of his or her rights and obligation of a criminal charged against the suspected.
