In our century a lot of international and successful companies, where you are able to observe a different leadership styles and definitely reason of this, that each leader and manager is coming with personal way and manner of leading and managing own employees. For instance, the Company QNet, where I am working for more than 5 months. According to the company’s website (qnet.net) and journals Qnet is a global direct sales company. This particular Company’s management the main task is a world leader and influence in the area of direct sales, as well as continued adherence to the highest professional standards at the company level and scale of an international network of distributors. Today, Qnet is modern and progressive player on the world stage, as well as the obvious leader and authority on the Asian market for direct sales, especially in those countries where the concept of direct sales and network marketing are relatively new. This company established in 1998 by Vijay Eswaran and Joseph Bismark, the main office is based in Hong-Kong. The general director of Qnet is JR Mayer who set the main target of QNet as becoming a successful global direct sales company. The mission statement of the company is “Raise Yourself to Help Mankind” (RYTHM).

As in the articles of QNet review by Dr. Said Said (2010), QNet now has 6 Million Independent Representatives (IR) and has expanded to more than 180 countries worldwide, such as Russia, Tajikistan, Nigeria, EUA, Thailand, Kazakhstan, Turkey and others.
