Strengths Company  Other companies with similar products for research  Company will have an advantage toward rights to intellectual property from all the media exposure and attention  Company can easily attract investors due to high media exposure Product  Technically strong product  Low cost for high capability - will be highly competitive  Has been vetted as a high quality product with high market potential by judges at several engineering competitions  First product to offer such a wide variety of features for a reasonable price Business model  Ability to create high margin market through mfg technological products People/HR  Founders have extremely high engineering capabilities - ability to design more products in the future  Founders have some recreational experience playing golf and one has been on Junior Golf Circuit  Strong belief in their product Weaknesses Company  No board of directors  No ownership of patents  Founders have no alternative source of income  No other revenue drivers or business opportunities besides the one product Product  Many similar products already established in the market place  Only at prototype level  Other necessary features such as battery power as not been developed yet  Other optional features such as ball projection have not been developed  Only one product and type available  No patent or proof of intellectual rights to the design  Media attention puts idea out for others to take without IP Business model  Idea for business model is in question People/HR  No board of directors  No one with experience in management, marketing, operations, etc.  Founders have no practical business experience  Founders do not know anyone with business experience
