1. Problems/challenges faced.

Inadequate facilities. There is lack of well established computer labaratories, equipments like desks, chairs, benches, projectors, public speakers and library books.

Tuition policy is poor. Students have failed to raise the amount due to tuition incremental changes. In addition to that, they do not provide provision at the end of the semester thus leading some students to drop out.

Registration challenge. It takes alot of time, lengthy requirements such as on-line registration, photocopying examination cards among others and this makes students to miss test/courseworks due to registration process.

Infrastracture. The plant layout of MUBS is not upto date for example buildings are scattered hence not easy to locate offices, classrooms and the space available is not enough to accomodate students like BBA class has the highest number of students.

Lack of proper communication skills. The management has atendency of coming up with policies without informing students in advance.
