Strengths:

• One strength that are tied with Firm B for having the best quality rating. We have a Quality rating of 7, with Firm C having a rating of 6, firm B tied with us at 7, Firm D with 6, and Firm E with a rating at 5. Quality is one of the main things that consumers are interested in when they are looking to purchase a Utility vehicle is the performance. They want a car that is going to be very dependable on the roads and will last long, and our firm can definitely offer the consumers what they want with our new utility vehicle

• Another strength is that we have the second highest rating for interior. When looking to purchase a utility truck, consumers are looking to have the combined look of a truck, sports car, and a minivan. Some upper class consumers are looking for their utility vehicle to have heated seats, as well as many other amenities that can make someone feel comfortable, somewhat presidential like. They are also looking for a vehicle that has enough cargo space for things such as storage or trips, and with our 6 rating, we can definitely come up with a design that can blow other firms out of the water. Firm B, who currently has a rating of 7, which is the highest, isn’t that much higher than us, so we shouldn’t have to worry about them too much. Firm A has a interior rating of 5, Firm D has an interior rating of 4, and Firm E has an interior rating of 3.

• Another strength is that we are tied with firm B and D for having the compatibility of safety with our vehicles. We are able to offer our consumer with a comfortable mind knowing that not only themselves, but their property that is inside of the vehicle is safe as well. Firm A has a rating of 4, and Firm E has a rating of 3.
