If you had to motivate yourself on the job to perform on a higher level, what would be the steps that you take that would enhance your motivation?

The answer:

As a Marketing Manager at fast growing automotive brand, I feel I have an interesting job. I’ve joined the company at very young age and was given an opportunity to learn and gain valuable experience. I have been working in Marketing & Sales department from the beginning, but trough job rotations and participation in numerous projects I’ve experienced challenges from different fields and developed a wide range of skills. At my work in highly competitive industry I’m facing a lot of challenges. In the last few years, I was responsible mainly for one of the markets while at current position I am responsible for all five regional markets. Our team work as well as my position require a high level of creativity but also need to be very thorough.

Working experience and environment also formed my personality. I’ve been surrounded by good coworkers and had been appropriately guided by management trough learning cycle. Good working relationships and self improvement were my main motivational factors. My job has been providing me financial security, opportunity for development and ability to fulfilling several personal and professional goals. At my job, I respect flexible work environment which helps me to balance between work and personal life. For the last ten years my job has taken me back and forth between Ljubljana and Zagreb what allowed me to manage my work and personal responsibilities since I have been strongly connected to both cities....
