Sexual Dysfunction

Dysfunction Sexual Based on the human sexual response can be distinguishing through these categories of sexual disorders of psychological origin: disorders of sexual desire, sexual arousal disorder, orgasmic disorder and sexual pain disorder. An orgasmic disorder is a disorder that can be found in the male and female population; this problem is premature ejaculation or rapid female orgasm.

Premature Ejaculation: this problem is defined as a lack of control over ejaculation to occur before penetration or a few seconds later. It is one of the most frequently observed, between 30% - 40% of the general male population (Read S, King M, & Watson J,). Premature Ejaculation is caused primarily by psychological factors such as anxiety, lack of information and lack of sensory awareness. The person does not perceived clearly the sensations prior to orgasm, which it can be motivated by an intense excitement, for an early learning experience marked by speed, or by feelings of guilt or responsibility for the excessive sex.

Rapid Female Orgasm: this problem is not usually recognize as a problem, this problem occurs when a women has an orgasm in a very little time after start the sexual act, and after that the women loss the interest in continuing with the act. Sometimes women are willing to continue with sex the stimulation, because women are able to have more than just one orgasm if the stimulation continues.

There are many treatments for sexual dysfunction disorders; one of them is sex therapy which is basically a psychological treatment which can help the individual to control and realized the reaction that the individuals body may have. In addition there is another treatment which is been very successful this treatment was developed by Dr. J. Semens in 1956 and later it was modified by others.
