Unit Eight – Management, Revitalize to Zero

Building the team for Revitalize to Zero is a task which is complex, delicate, and critical. Each team member needs to be given a responsibility which are aligned with their skill base. Selecting appropriate talent will help pave the way for future company success. Though I am the founder and CEO of Revitalize to Zero, there is a great deal of outside talent needed. The following titles will break down the various positions which the company will fill:
Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The CEO is fully responsible for everyone within the organization. The CEO is present to hire and build out the senior team; or an entire team if the company is small. The CEO is the face of the company, regardless if positive or negative publicity is on the horizon. The CEO must be a strategic thinker, pushing away all small monotonous details to focus on the large picture. A CEO also has the final opinion about which route the company will take, base on future predictions of the market – making them the risk taker.
Chief Operating Officer (COO). A COO takes charge of the multi-faceted operational details. A COO can predict whether or not the company has enough capital to proceed with an investment and assure that appropriate cash flows are in place. Based on the COOs opinion, any business alteration should be a smooth process; no matter local or global.
Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The CFO will be in charge of monitoring the funds. This person will also need to be our accountant. The CFO is responsible for creating the budgets and financing logistics. The CFO will be empowered to decide whether or not it is better to lease or buy and when to borrow money if necessary. The CFO will also be the one who reviews everyday...
