Business plan: Java’s Bakery

Our Vision:

To earn the trust and loyalty of our customers by providing high quality coffee and pastry products that they can enjoy in a cool and relaxing environment.

Mission:

● Java’s Bakery aims to offer its products at a competitive price to meet the demand of the middle-to higher-income local market area (students and local workforce).

● Java’s Bakery offers a broad range of high quality coffee and espresso products, all from high quality coffee beans providing each customer coffee and espresso products made to suit the customer, down to the smallest detail.

● The bakery provides freshly prepared bakery and pastry products at all times during business operations. Four to Six moderate batches of bakery and pastry products are prepared during the day to assure fresh baked goods are always available.

About the Company:

Java’s Bakery is owned and managed by Mitchell Che Reyes, an HRM graduate of St. Therese-MTC Colleges La Fiesta Site situated along Gen. Luna St. Molo, Iloilo City alongside Platinum Square bldg. The company plans on building a strong market position in town with it’s mild competitive climate in the area.

Opportunities:

Location - Conveniently Located right across UP Visayas as well as several other educational institutions and business establishment (Iloilo Doctor’s College, John B. Lacson College Foundation, Callbox inc, Pag-IBIG fund, etc )

Buyer Power - Our products will cater to the needs and demands of the middle to higher income market. With the sudden rise of BPO companies in Iloilo, the demand for coffee throughout the year also increased.

Industry Growth - Iloilo is experiencing rapid urbanization and increased growth of infrastructures, right after the completion of Iloilo’s International Airport last June 14, 2007.
