Lodging A is a rise strategy which increases sales and its efficiency of current properties.

The benefit of this tactic are not available for any upfront expenses, cost control and reduction, a much better handle about the overall operation and better profits from lodging.

This method would generate more business through the use of the prevailing assets to improve sales while keeping the present profit margin. Some improvements can always have to be completed to keep your property looking updates and tidy.

This tactic will not raise the overall monthly costs. Contrary, they are going to stay the same or decrease.

Lodging B growth strategy is a growth of physical facilities.

The benefit of this tactic is increasing sales and profits by growing current qualities and constructing and acquiring additional properties. This provides the organization in general a face-left.

This would bring in more business because popular growth strategy is to increase sales and profits by expanding existing properties, constructing new properties, and acquiring existing properties.

This will help with overall monthly cost because this strategy can succeed in increasing earnings; it requires large quantities of new capital to finance the growth. In addition, management must make sure that the earnings generated by the additional assets are greater than the company’s costs of capital.

Lodging C is increase sales and productivity of existing properties.

This benefit of this tactic is to attempt to generate more sale volumes with the same number of stores (assets) while maintaining the business’s current profile margin. As sales increase, earnings should grow as well. Higher sales volume can be achieved by either raising the price of products or by selling more products.
