In this paper we will discuss our chosen organization ethics program and its overall ethical environment. Before we get into the ethics a brief description of the organization is required for you to understand how the value statement and code of conduct policy supports our type of business. These products are a service that the public needs daily and with the right style of approach, proper advertisement, and a solid ethical foundation for how we treat our employees will continue to allow the company to grow and obtain high comp store sales. This paper talks about ethics and how important it is for the company to have good ethics that equates into overall business success. The equation is simple, if you have good ethics within your organization than employees will show good ethics in their service to customers.
