Critique of Class Meeting

Part 1: Presentation of Officer’s Functions

The class officers engaged in a small meeting about the officers’ functions. Aileen started the presentation in front of the class and identified each officer’s duty. As president of the class she’s responsible for assigning tasks to other officers and class. She also introduced the other officers like Dan, the vice president, Jenny, the secretary and treasurer , and James the Auditor and PRO. Aileen took time talking about her responsibility and after a while she called on Dan to talk in front of the class. Dan mentioned that he, as the vice president of the class is responsible if making sure that the professor would have board pens and eraser and audio mike. He’s also responsible for making sure the board is clean all the time. Dan called on Jenny to talk as well in front. Jenny stood in front of the class because she is the secretary and treasurer, She discussed her responsibility for collecting monetary contributions and checking class attendance. Finally, James cited his responsibility the PRO and auditor namely, to valuate class attendance and distribute handouts..

Part 2: Planning for the Class Party

The class agreed to adopt a “super heroes” theme, with everyone wearing t-shirt with super hero character. The food will be form Jollibee. However the venue for the party is still under discussion . Some were assigned to prepare the program, others to decide on food and games. Everybody promised to perform assigned tasks.
