Every aspect of an organization’s management not related to finance/accounting or marketing is part of the operations management. Modern management concepts and models such as strategic operations decisions, total quality management, queuing theory, project management, product strategy, forecasting and inventory control, plant location and layout analysis, supply chain management, and job design will be presented.
