Interclean is committed in retaining the best employees and they also know what it takes to keep these employees motivate and focused. Interclean drafted a compensation plan that will be benefit to employees and the organization.

Compensation Plan

There will be a great compensation plan for the employees of Interclean. The compensation plan will try to encourage and motivate the existing employees and assist in attracting new employees. This is to make them and Interclean become a better unity. The plan will consist of; salary and hourly wage pay compensatory time increase of living wages, tuition reimbursement, stock options, and merit bonuses. Those are given across the board for the exception of merit bonuses. They are described as followed:

* Salary/ hourly wage – The salary and hourly wages will differ among the employees of Interclean. It will be based on job title, years of experience, tenure, skills and the ability of how much Interclean can pay each individual. For example, Vice President Jim Martin will make more than some of his counterparts because he holds the title of Vice President. Both will have sales commission added.

* Comp Time – This is earned by employees on a monthly basis. For every 28 days the employee works straight they will earn eight hours of comp time. This includes if the employee works overtime. This is a way for Interclean to save money, by not having to pay overtime wages. This time can be used for personal time, sick leave, emergencies or if an employee is running late.

* Wage increase – This will be given to employees on an annual basis. The date of each employee to receive an increase will vary because of their start date. The increase will be range from 4%-9% of his or her annual salary and will depend on budget allocations.
