Answer question 1:

The age of a man may have some affects on his decision in doing some work. For the mid-aged people, spending several years to study MBA or higher education level may also take away their chance to get a higher position or better job in their working place. But for young people, there will be no worry to study further if they can afford for study fees. This essay will argue that Ben can make his decision to study MBA without concern about his age.

Firstly, Ben just at the age of 28 and he has 38 more years working until he retire. Thus, if he spends one to two years for study MBA, the result may bring back for him many opportunities to be promoted to a higher position in his company or to improve his skill or get a better job with higher salary. In additions, learning MBA will help Ben gain more international experience, skills and further visions in processing tasks.

Secondly, Ben can afford to pay for his MBA study in the University which once his graduated, he will get a job with a higher payment from 45% up to 78% in comparison with his currently income. And, if it only takes 1 or 2 years to achieve this level of payment, Ben’s decision to invest in study is very understandable.

Finally, with a higher salary of 45% to 78% and it will increase yearly from 3,5% to 4% (in comparison with only 3% at present), after 36 to 37 of Ben’s working years left, his income will be remarkable increased. Much better than if he continues working in Dewey & Louis Company until he retire without studying MBA.

In conclusion, with these given reasons as showed above and after the consideration of working in Dewey & Louis Company with the feasibility of MBA education for Ben’s 38 working years left, his decision on studying MBA is very easy to understand.
