Proposal;

I propose we go the plumbing route there are many maintenance things to do in order to keep the house plumbing running with minimal problems. Below will be a list of maintenance problems and there fixes when it comes to smooth plumbing. Every home has a drainage and plumbing system. Like any other system, they are also prone to clogs and breakdowns.

This means that having a reliable plumber is something that really should be taken seriously so why not be your own plumber with this software we would develop, it would not only tell people the best times to do the proposed maintenance projects but also give you step by step instructions on how to be your own plumber at home. A good plumber should be able to handle most if not all residential plumbing problems. In most cases, bathroom plumbing constitutes the highest plumbing concerns, and this is because of the many installations in comparison with every other room in the house.

1. Check washer hoses connections

2. Check dishwasher hoses for leaks

3. Check toilet supply/shut-off valve

4. Clean & check refrigerator

5. drip pan-icemaker connections

6. Check shower-tub surrounds for signs of damage

7. Check traps and drains under sinks, tubs, showers for leaks

8. Check hot water heater for leaks

9. Check boiler for leaks

10. Check water main/meter or well pump for leaks or sweating

11. Clean septic tank

12. Check drain and supply time for leaks

13. Check bath and kitchen fans operation
