As a Accounting Technician I work Inserts and Deletes, Coordination of

missing Federal Tax Deposit (FTD), Wirer (FTD 6340), Block out of Balance (BOBS) and Error Register. I adapt to unexpected assignments

and new policy changes, effectively change my schedule on new

assignments. I voluntarily assist fellow employees with question on

coordinating, erroneous accounts to accomplish program objectives

in a timely but accurate manner. Communication I revised job aids

in order to provide current instruction for the new accounting technician. The instruction eliminate any potential workflow issues

and deposit problems. I prepare written clear and concise reports

daily to management showing activities. Employee Satisfaction I primarily performed the duties of the switches and CBAF desk, as well

as performs Coordinator duties, and also served on the Wire Team. I

consistently coordinates my work with other technicians to ensure

timely release of the various reports both to subsequent accounting

functions and to pipeline operations for processing. I maintain an

effective working relationship with management co-workers, The

federal Reserve Bank, as well as department and commercial banks.

Teamwork I keep my team and I take the intivative to research and

complete assignments that are under a timeframe. I attend monthly

meetings with management to give up date on workflow and output

data and ways to improve FTD process. I coordinate with my team

members and assist the problems gathering report data. I Identified

each action taken that produced difficulty in the processing of Erroneous accounts, duplicate deposits. Innovative determined

alternative actions that would increase the process in correcting the

tax accounts, bank error. Making suggestions to my co-workers to

improve productivity. We are responsible for the Wirer, Bobs, error

register, Coordinating, Switches and commercial banks address file
