History:

Cherish’s Chicken was developed and founded by Cherish Bell in 2012. It started as a small business and worked its way up to becoming one of the biggest chicken producing facilities in the world.

Mission Statement:

To treat everyone equally, provide a comfortable and fulfilling work environment while still producing excellent products, and to do all of this while always thanking God, and having Christian morals.

Our Mission:

It is our mission to provide a safe and good work environment for everyone who comes into our facility. We want people to enjoy coming to work and we want everyone to come back to work every single day. We are a processing plant, so it is very important that we first and foremost complete all of work in a timely manner with the best quality we can possibly provide to our customers. In most companies they focus on only manufacturing, or producing, however for us our people are the most important part of our business.

The company I ended up choosing was a chicken processing plant. My company will grow and raise the chicken, then transport them to the processing facility where they will be slaughtered and packaged. I chose this company, because I currently work for a chicken processing company and I see all of the potential and money that is coming out of the facility. My company will be called Cherish’s Chicken. The structure of my company is going to be like most companies. I will have two shifts, in which I have managers, superintendents, and supervisors all throughout the facility. I will only have qualified people in each job. This is to ensure that my company runs and produces everything that it needs to produce. The managers in my facility will run the company as if it were there own. I will have a big role and part in my company. In most companies you hardly ever see or speak to the owner. However, in my company I will be at my facility all of the time.
