option2 - contrac twith ouside company for services that GBS currently provided

-want potential outsourcing partner to offer jobs to GBS employees

-GBS employee would have to continue to work on P&G campuses aroudn the world & serve P&G businesses, but employed by outside company

-issue - could it provide all required GS at low cost & high service lvl?
