Introduction

As Choe & Lau (2010) mentioned that religion play an important role on the influence of the developing ethical values on a person. Also Delener (1994) suggested that religion give the meaning to the believers on how to do things right and offers the rightness for social behaviours (as cited in Choe & Lau, 2010). McFarlane (2010) supported that religion affect the beliefs of business owners and thus affected their ethical practices. By making use of this opportunity, we have successfully conducted two interviews with two business owners or managers with religious background. Through these interviews, we hope to get more details on t the religious implications in business ethics within the context from Hong Kong. We are also looking forward to seeing if these are any reflection or facts that help us to rethink on the issues of business ethics and its importance.
