Introduction:

To give the leadership a great shape it is very much needed that it is enthused by great ideas and great beliefs. It simply point towards motivating the surrounded people to act and unify towards achieving the "common goal". Each and every leader should follow a concrete leadership philosophy and it should be based on strong beliefs. (Ward)

Leadership Philosophy

There are many important aspects that are bind with the effectiveness of a good charismatic leader to outflow his/her performance among the followers. Some of these important aspects can be as follows:

a. Communication: It is indeed the most important issue for any leader as he/she should be an expert communicator to convey his/her thoughtful and precise objectives and beliefs amongst the followers.

b. Considering culture an integral part (Cultural adaptation): To be effective in influencing the followers it is very much important that leaders do nurture self knowledge and continues exercise of the culture of which he/she is a part of. Effective leaders do need to adopt themselves according to the continuous changing activity of the culture of which they are a part of as without effective knowledge and adaptation of the culture, leaders won’t be able to influence the follower.

c. Lead from the front (setting examples): An effective leader should set the example of leading from the front. It is very important for his/her followers to believe in their leader. So, if leaders fail to lead from the front it can be difficult to influence the followers to work along with him/her.

Leadership Qualities:
