The respondents are fairly distributed in the three groups. It is an issue of concern since about one-third of our staff rarely uses the canteen.

• Not a single response noted for canteen’s service as Excellent

• In four of the aspects of the canteen’s service the majority of the respondents have rated the service as poor and the Cost of Food as fair
