Quality can be divided into several parts namely: service- & product- quality for internal- & external- costumers.

Quality for internal costumers

Providing the internal costumers a place and work sphere with which they feel comfortable. The way the employees are treated must be an excellent one because they are the power of the business. Offering those trainings to stay updated in serving- and cooking skills, so your business can always be an updated and profitable one.

Quality for external costumers

External costumers are the visitants which must love the experience you offer as a restaurant so they return and bring also more new costumers. With experience we mean: food & beverage, sphere, service and music.

Service quality at José’s Authentic Mexican Restaurant

The service at José’s Authentic Mexican Restaurant is a high quality one. This is said based on the fact that the seating waiting time isn’t so long with exception Friday and Saturday night when they are full. Having a full house on those two days of the week illustrates also the service quality that this restaurant offers.

Other quality service aspect is the waiting time between ordering of meal and the delivery time that is approximately twelve minutes and at busy hours in approximately twenty minutes.

The product this restaurant offers includes the service they give to their costumers. We’ve already talked about the service. In this part we’re going to talk about the food & beverage they offer as product.
