To whom it may concern,

I was notified a parking infringement at the location Oddys Lane Cremorneon on 7 March 2012. It indicates “Stopped contrary to a no stopping sign”.

I would like apply for a review of decision of issue infringement. Could you please retract this infringement by considering following facts?

1. The no stopping sign is shaded by tree, and the sign is almost invisible for drivers when they in their car. Please review the photos I took from the day when I receive the notice:

I believe a traffic or parking sign need to be absolutely obvious to the traffic participants. However, I was surprised by the notice and hardly found this sign finally.

2. This is the first time that I parked in a no stopping area. I really don’t mean to do that and I believe in myself I am a disciplined man.

3. I am a student and the $122 penalty is really too much for me since I need support every living costs for myself by the payment form a part-time job.

Based on above facts, please re-consider the penalty to me. Because I believe the penalty is used to punish the people who absolutely know they are doing something but they still did that. I will be more careful about the sign and help you to improve its visibility in the feature. Please consider my situation and retract the Parking Infringement Notice for me.

Many thank.

Sincerely Regards
