Re: Undertaking provided for participating in International Tour to Bangkok & Pattaya

I hereby undertake to follow the guidelines & directions during our visit to Bangkok & Pattaya as part of international tour organized by IIBS being a student of MBA & PGPBM as under: -

1. I am aware that institute is providing this facility to participate in international tour as free educational tour as specified in the prospectus.

2. All instructions given by the faculties accompanying by us will be strictly followed by me.

3. In case, if disobey any of the instructions, I will be rusticated from the institute & reported to the university that I will be debarred from the course pursued by me.

4. All expenses in respect of travelling, accommodation & boarding are borne by the institute, as such whatever that will be provided during the tour will be accepted by me.

5. I will not indulge in any activity which is detrimental to my professionalism & puts down the reputation of our institute & country.

6. Any expenses other than provided by the institute will be completely borne me.

7. I will always be with the batch and be a part of entire tour, as we are participating in the international tour for our enhancement of knowledge, skill & attitude.

8. I will not do any activity which is against the law of land of the country where I am visiting.

9. I will never raise any objection or instigate any students against the institute for whatever the reason and accept the punishment whatever institute feels deemed fit for my actions.

10. I am fully aware about the purpose of my visit, as such I will never try to remain in that country for whatever the reason and also aware about the consequences.

11. I will maintain the discipline at any cost....
