Communication Issues

Communications is a continuing topic and concern for management in office meetings, boardrooms and corridors of organizations. Organizations are seeking ways to improve communication in their internal and external environment. Management must find efficient ways to disseminate knowledge and ways to share information with their employees and customers. There has been a severe breakdown in the methods used to communicate the goals and objectives of the organization. In addition, companies market share began to decline due to poor relationships with their suppliers and lack of a strategic plan, that would create growth reduce costs and increase profits. As the global economy emerged, competition became fierce and companies had to react to maintain a competitive advantage. Therefore, companies needed to be aware of how customers and employees felt about their services and products. Through the development of management, employees, and organization structure companies can begin to face some of their communication issues.

Companies have begun to deal with communication issues through training of employees and management with the skills needed to motivate their innovative thinking. In addition, customers were overwhelmed with the competitions that had saturated the world of commerce that they became confused to where quality and the best price existed. The accessibility to information and the methods of communicating would have to change in ways that gives the customer the advantage of the best customer service. Innovation and the design structure of the company were important to the success of their objectives and goals.
