Today Organizations are required to gather and retain there employees in this highly competitive market and this can be regarded as strong organizational awareness, these are the key factor that leads organizations to implement policies and practices that leads to work life balance. Work life balance is the key area of Human resource management which is receiving increasing attention from government, employers, and employees. Today employees find it difficult to manage there highly stressed life; they are facing problems to manage their family life and job responsibilities. People need to have certain balance in their life. Organizations have now realized the importance of helping their employees to handle the pressure of job and family responsibilities. Work life balance can assist both employers and employees to be productive and healthy in their work and community areas. It gives employees greater flexibility in how they work and offer employers the competitive business edge. The concept of work life balance is very much popular in the field of management. Moreover employees also expect work life balance these days. Life has become very complex in today’s life, they have to play many role.
