Under the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Period of Contract

This Agreement for services of the 2nd Party as ‘……………’ is for a period of one month commencing from ___________. Term of this agreement may be extended for a further period as per the terms agreed between the parties.

2. Existence of Contract

This contract shall prevail at all times over all other terms and conditions which the 2nd party may purport to apply and any obligations hereunder have already been performed by either party shall for all purposes be deemed to have been performed in accordance with and subject to the provisions of this contract.

3. Compensation

Under this Agreement the 2nd Party would be paid at a rate Tk. … per month.

4. Duties

1. The 2nd Party as ‘………….’ shall render as required by …………. all of the services usually and customarily rendered by persons employed for preparation and production of ……….. programs in the ………… industries as an ……………

5. Good Faith

The 2nd party shall act in good faith towards the 1st party and shall not bring it into disrepute and the 2nd party shall not without prior written consent of the 1st party make any reference in any advertising, promotional or published material or speak in public about the 1st party or any of its projects and anything relating to the 1st party.

6. Reporting to

Any person as may be designated for such purpose, from time to time, by the 1st Party.

7. Safety and environment requirements

During the performance of duties the 2nd party shall observe all health, safety and fire rules and the 1st party shall not be responsible in anyway for any harm caused to him due to his own fault....
