Individual Business Survey

The paper will consist of a major problem in a government organization. A 10-question survey has been created for the employees so that the employer can better understand how the employees feel. Moving along, in the problem statement poor, middle-level management seems to have developed in the organization, which resulted with too many angry employees. Complaints are on the rise and are in need of a resolution quickly. For example, it has been said from employees that they are treated unfairly, misunderstood, belittled, disrespected, and certainly have been devalued as an employee by middle level management. This has gone on far too long, and a resolution must be in placed soon. Upper-management figured they must hire a firm to come in and alleviate the lack of management skills within the organization. The firm will train the managers with enhancement in communication, social, employee relation skills, and so on. This class estimates to last five days including seven hours each day. So therefore, thirty-five hours of training is involved and should result in improving their management skills in the workplace.

The purposed survey addresses the problems that will ultimately lead to a conclusion to enhance the poor management skills in the workplace. It covers how the current employees feel about working at his or her job. It is important for an employer to know how satisfied are their employees. If the employees are not happy than many problems can accumulate such as low productivity. That is the cause of most downfalls in an organization. It is essential for management to motivate and apply the available resources to keep employees in high spirits in the workplace.
