Business Communication- Business Communication is any sort of communication that takes place within an organization or for the organization. What is Unified Communications (UC)?
Unified Communications A technological architecture that combines all of the stated business communications technologies to allow you to better and more seamlessly communicate and collaborate with fellow employees, business partners, and customers.
Integration of real-time communication (IM, telephony, conferencing) &
Non-real-time communication (integrated voicemail, e-mail, SMS and fax). UC isn't one tool, but rather a suite of solutions that brings together a wide range of communication and collaboration technologies.
