1. Identify if the topic you choose-as presented by both articles-is a problem or an issue, and explain what means makes it a problem or an issue. I choose "Media Violence" as my topic and after reading both articles, I think the media violence is more of a problem rather than an issue. When dealing with an issue you can generally come up with a solution easily, compared to a problem, where it cannot be solved without some thought and guesswork. I think that the topic of media violence is just one problem that has no simple solution or main answer. There are many opposing viewpoints to this topic, but nothing can actually solve the problem of how media violence has an effect on people.

2. Were the problems or issues ecpressed effectively? Describe how the problems or issues were or were not best expressed. I believe that the problem and issues were expressed effectively on this matter. I think that each articles on media violence explained their thoughts on this topic and the cause/effects that come with media violence. One article explained that there are no real clear answers on how media violence can affect children, because their behavior should include facts from the real world, not just because of television. The other article explains that media violence has a big affect on viewers and that their actions usually rely on what social media has influenced. Both the articles state clearly their concern regarding this topic.

3. How would you determine the credibility of the sources of information used by the authors in the articles when investigating the problems or issues presented by your topic? I believe that the credibility of the two authors is reliable and a good source of information. The way the two articles are presented and how they had true facts that we can all relate too proves to me that the information is credible.
