Project #2 (Two possible due dates):
Due in class on Wednesday April 25th OR
Due on Friday April 27th between 12-4pm (drop off at my office)
-------------------------------------------------
Directions: You will run correlations and a regression using SPSS software. The KSU library has the SPSS software on the computers there. This project is worth 75 points total.
-------------------------------------------------
What you must turn in:
-------------------------------------------------
1. The write-up of the answers. For this part, just use this word document file, type your answers under the questions (in bolded font, so they stick out from the question itself), then print them off. Handwritten write-ups will NOT be accepted; they must be typed.
-------------------------------------------------
2. Your SPSS output file for BOTH problems. The output file is the screen that SPSS opens up when you command an analysis to be conducted within the program.
-------------------------------------------------
3. Project must be bound together with a staple, binder clip, or paper clip.
This assignment MUST be handed to me in hard-copy form– I will NOT accept assignments via email.
Late Assignments: Any assignment turned in after 4pm on April 27th will be considered late and docked 10%. The assignment will then be docked a further 10% for every additional 24 hours that it is late (so, if the assignment is not turned in until Monday April 30th, the highest grade you could receive would be 60/75 points = 80%). If for some reason you cannot turn your assignment in by the 27th, please turn it in early.
-------------------------------------------------
Note: I strongly encourage you not to wait until the last minute to begin working on this project. You may work with others; however, each project handed in MUST BE YOUR OWN WRITTEN WORK. If I suspect/learn that student copied from another...
