The purpose of this paper is to talk about Southwest Airlines and go over their mission and vision statements to explain how they make their company a better company. Their customer service is among the best in the airline business and they treat their employees with pride. They work hard as a team to make their business the best and to expand worldwide. By explaining what Southwest Airlines goals and objectives are in depth will show how they have grown to be one of the largest airline companies in the world.

In this paper I will be evaluating Southwest Airlines mission, vision, values and goals. I will attempt to do this by going over each area in depth and explaining what my interpretation of each area.

Southwest airlines are one of America’s top airline companies due to the fact that they live and breathe by their mission statement. The mission of Southwest Airlines is dedication to the highest quality of Customer Service delivered with a sense of warmth, friendliness, individual pride, and Company Spirit.

Let’s look at look at their mission statement and evaluate and break it down. They talk about “dedication”. I believe that Southwest Airlines is dedicated to the customer. They have the most unique way of doing business compared to any other airlines that I know. They dedicate themselves to each and every one of their customers by using their superb customer service to show how much they care. They want customers to continue to use them for each and every flight.
