Introduction

As the American credit crisis spreading around the whole world, enterprises in China is inevitable influenced by it. Especially the private enterprises and overseas investment, majority of which are the small or mid-sized ones that finance depend on the banking credit. Whereas, the small or mid-sized enterprises are very important component of the Chinese economic subjects, so it is very important and necessary to have a research of the management strategies to them, and the financial strategy is the most important part of the series of management strategies. This paper is aim to have a knowledge of the financial strategies that used by the growing small or mid-sized enterprises in Shanghai at the present, and have a further analysis of the appropriate financial strategy to the small or mid-sized enterprises in China to help them service the American financial storm.

Method and Data

Research planning

Research in this paper can be divided into two parts, the primary research and the secondary research. Questionnaire is mainly used in the primary research methodology, aiming to find out the financial strategies used in the enterprises at the moment. Influence of the financial storm is obvious in the littoral enterprises, so researcher chooses the growing small or mid-sized enterprises in Shanghai to be the object of the questionnaire.
