In the next one to three years the input/output devices that I will be using, as computing devices are the current devices that I am using today, which are the I Phone and the IPad. Both the IPhone and the IPad have many of the same features like they both are able to run on third-party apps without modifications, both have a digital compass and a 3-G assisted GPS and are mult-itouch compatible. Both the IPhone and the IPad are almost fully functional computers, you can surf the web on both of them, download different apps on them, check you email, Facebook, yahoo and with my IPad I can check into my class and post answers to my discussion question like I am doing now.

The features and components that will be prominent in the next one to three years are longer battery lives, built in microphones, bluetooth capability, Gigahertz and size. The features and components that are important to me are speed, storage space, battery life and wifi compatibility. The applications that I will be using on these devices are Social Video Camera, Angry Birds, Music Download Pro, Facebook, Nike+GPS, Spell tower, Sleep Cycle Alarm Clock, Netflix, Linkedin. The Weather Channel, Google Search, Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
