Abstract

We live in a fast-paced era. People wear multiple hats due to work, school, families, volunteer responsibilities, and social and personal relationships. With such constant demand, our minds become overloaded and sometimes we found it difficult to concentrate. After restates the conclusion about the lack of concentration of Viet Nam students (Analyze from The research of Research International Company), the author finds that ability of concentration really affected seriously to the young people in Viet Nam, specially, students. And lack of concentration is one of the frequent complaints among students. It is important to understand definition of concentration and poor concentration. Besides that, we need to know three factors related to concentration from the list of distractions stand out and deserve further discussion s, because they impact such a large number of people. Once you have identified the reason for lack of concentration, it is often easy to deal with them. Because of the growing problem of students leaving school or university before completion it seems prudent to focus on solutions which help students increase ability of concentration by means of instant solutions and long-term solutions. Conclude that some new and create suggestions will help young people, especially, students from high schools and universities in Viet Nam to improve their concentration.
